UTS: Engineering's flagship postgraduate course for those seeking to broaden their skills into management is the Master of Engineering Management (MEM). Highly flexible in terms of timetabling and subject choices, it has been designed specifically to enable those in professional technical roles to move into management positions. Some of these courses are offered via distance mode.

A completed Master of Engineering Management can be articulated into a Master of Business Administration (Technology Management). This unique pathway offers the opportunity to gain skills and knowledge from both the UTS: Engineering MEM and the UTS: Business MBA, and can be completed in the same time as a straight MBA.

There is also the Master of Environmental Engineering Management (MEEM) designed to develop solid project management skills in the field of environmental engineering, enabling technical specialists to take leadership roles in this area.

You can start slow with a graduate certificate and apply to have your subjects credited towards a masters.
