Admission to legal practice
Admission to the Supreme Court of NSW to practise as a lawyer is based upon the successful completion of an accredited legal qualification and an accredited course of practical legal training (PLT).
The UTS Bachelor of Laws is an accredited legal qualification.

How much does it cost?
Local students
If you're an Australian citizen and permanent resident and never been enrolled in tertiary studies before you're most likely to study in a Commonwealth supported place. This involves the Commonwealth making a contribution to the cost of your study while you pay a student contribution. If eligible, you can elect to pay your student contribution upfront and receive a 20% discount. Alternatively, you can defer payment of your student contribution using HECS-HELP.
