Louise leads the Contracts Execution and Management Team. The Team deals with all agreements that relate to research, manages and maintains (in close cooperation with Industry Engagement and Commercialisation Team) UTS’s intellectual property portfolio, and manages UTS’s involvement in and relationship with Cooperative Research Centres. Louise has extensive experience in research management, particularly in the field of research contracts.

Kim manages the execution of contracts and agreements related to research, including contract research agreements, confidentiality agreements and materials transfer agreements. Kim ensures that agreements comply with UTS policies and refers matters to Legal Services where appropriate. Kim also provides advice and assistance on contractual matters to other teams within the Research & Innovation Office.
