Interns

Our interns enter clinical practice in their 4th and final year of study in their UTS Bachelor of Health Science in Traditional Chinese Medicine. The intern clinic is operated under the supervision of qualified TCM staff practitioners, with between 30-40 interns enrolled at any one time.

Their training consists of a combination of both Western biomedical health studies and Chinese medicine specialisations, with the aim to produce health professionals who are responsible, competent, safe and knowledgeable in their practice of Chinese medicine. In addition to their training, the interns each bring to their practice of Chinese medicine their own unique personalities, perspectives and life experiences.
